Welcome to this week's UPDATE of Melbourne events, exhibitions,
sports and community guide.
Don't be alarmed, I'm not stalking you... Believe me, adjusting to
a life with two other children, along with my teenage garbage
disposal who'd once only stay with me weekends, I barely have time
to track down the youngest one's shoes before he's off to kinder -
let alone have the time to ingrain myself in your hair. Which is
full-headed and with a healthy sheen, I'm sure.
Children and all the hullaballoo they bring with them, that's what
this is about. Our Autumn School Holiday Guide is up and running,
with many more events to come, as was promised.
We also have a few events that have ambled their way to the docks
before the Newsletter Proper set sail, so I thought I might as well
plug them as well.

Check out our School Holiday Guide for all the latest on what to do
with the kids during the Autumn and Easter Holidays running from

-:- Say No to RMA - Facebook Protest
A proposed legislation, dubbed the Refuse Marketing Act, will soon
be set in motion in Sydney and Melbourne, allowing market research
companies to abuse consumer information. Launched April 1, as the
legislation is viewed as insulting joke, people are invited to show
support in taking a stand by changing their profile picture on
Facebook to that of the protest banner.

vintage, the cause is decidedly modern, supporting groundbreaking
medical research.

Peninsula Easter Egg Hunt, an inaugural event held at Mornington
Racecourse, is an Eggs-travaganza. With plenty to do for the whole
family, including an enormous Easter Egg Hunt with more than
500,000 eggs to be found, the day includes live music, character
shows, craft activities, rides and much more.

Spontaneous Broadway's Random Musical, presented by the Arts Centre
at The Famous Spiegeltent, is an exciting and totally improvised

Happy Feet Live at Melbourne Aquarium offers plenty of fun as
Mumble and Gloria invite kids to join them as they sing and dance

Mumble find his "Groove" in a show that includes charcter meetings
after the show and the chance to win a Happy Feet prize.
