From Wednesday 28th October 2020 Melbourne's restrictions ease..

Restaurants, bars, pubs and cafes reopen – 20 people inside and 50 people outside. Density limits, record keeping and Covid-safe plans will apply.

All remaining retail shops and markets will reopen.

Outdoor gatherings of up to 10 people are no longer limited to those from two households.

Personal and beauty services, as well as tattooing, will return – so long as a face mask can be worn.
