From Wednesday 28th October 2020 Melbourne's restrictions ease..
 
Melbourne Restaurants, bars, pubs and cafes reopen – 20 people inside and 50 people outside. Density limits, record keeping and Covid-safe plans will apply.
 
Melbourne All remaining retail shops and markets will reopen.
 
Melbourne Outdoor gatherings of up to 10 people are no longer limited to those from two households.
 
Melbourne Personal and beauty services, as well as tattooing, will return – so long as a face mask can be worn.
